Drosera aff. lanata

Details

Drosera aff. lantatais part of the PetiolarisComplex. These particular plants were originally collected around Flying Fox Creek in the Northern Territory of Australia. The leaves turn deep red in intense light and the petioles (stems) are covered in numerous white hairs that give the plant a silvery sheen.

Temperature: 45-90F with hotter temperatures preferred, this species prefers warm roots so a heat mat may also be beneficial
Dormancy:Dormant during the dry season. Trigger dormancyby reducing the length of the photoperiod for aboutaround 3 months. Reduce watering during dormancy and only feed if there is dew on the traps.
